PARse
Embedded acoustic signal processing. From raw time-series to actionable detections.
Turn Sound Into Targets
Acoustic data is only useful if it is processed where it is collected. PARse is Vatn's embedded acoustic signal processing software. It ingests raw digitized acoustic time-series and performs filtering, beamforming, normalization, detection, and angle estimation. The output is a set of detections with signal-to-noise ratio, frequency, bearing, elevation, and associated variances. No operator required. No shore-side processing dependency.

Processing at the Edge. Not After the Fact.

Full Pipeline Onboard
Filtering. Beamforming. Normalization. Detection. Angle estimation. The complete acoustic processing chain runs embedded.
Edge Computing
Runs on 32 and 64-bit ARM processors. Proven on Zynq MicroZed and Jetson Nano. Processing happens where the sensor is.
Custom Ingest
Configurable to accept your element data format. Integrates into existing sensor architectures without rework.
Licensable
Included with Eyra arrays. Also available as a standalone license for custom applications and third-party platforms.
Built for Scale
Designed from day one for high-volume manufacturing. Attritable. Replaceable. Produced at quantity, not in theory.
Actionable Output
Every detection includes SNR, frequency, bearing, elevation, and variance estimates. Data ready for fusion or operator review.
